NOTE
While our physical inspection of an installation may result in observation of deviation from Industry Standards, we do not form an opinion as to who or what may have caused such deviation. Although every effort will be made to make a complete inspection, certain critical parts of the workmanship and materials may not be observed due to the inherent limitations of an “after the fact” inspection.
